The editors have already written about the business of one of Bolat Nazarbayev’s daughters. Akbota Nazarbayeva, born in 2000, was the founder of TOLAGAI-2050 LLP for a little over a year. The company was engaged in the construction of a mudflow dam in the Aksai River basin. The cost of the work exceeded 22 billion tenge. But in July 2023, the contract was terminated unilaterally. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 30 thousand Almaty residents may suffer due to violations in the construction of the mudflow dam.

Three companies are now registered in the name of Akbota Nazarbayev - Asiabet LLP, Rus Trans Oil LLP and BN-E Capital Group LLP. In all of them, she also acts as a director, but it was not always so.
Gambling from the daughter of a former plumber
Asiabet was established in March 2020. The company is engaged in the organization of gambling and betting. During this period, the company did not have any changes in the charter, constituent documents or management.

The company was registered in Almaty at 139 Kazybek bi Street, building 2. This residential complex is called "Bastau", and in building 2 there is a medical center "CARDIOS", which deals with cardiology. Thus, the clinic and Akbota Nazarbayeva’s gambling were connected. Also in the building, according to 2GIS, there is a pet store, a beauty salon, a hotel, and a children’s development center.
Despite the fact that the LLP is already four years old, there is no information about the payment of taxes. As indicated on the website of the State Revenue Committee, Akbota Nazarbayeva did not pay a single tenge for Asiabet. Perhaps it’s all about the tax holidays that the state provided to entrepreneurs during the coronavirus pandemic. At the moment, the deferral has already ended, but there are still no payments.

Another enterprise of Akbota Nazarbayeva is older. Rus Trans Oil LLP was established back in October 2009. The daughter of the deceased brother of the ex-president became the sole owner in April 2021. The company is registered in Almaty at 481B Raiymbek Avenue, non-residential premises 124. There are several other companies at the same address, but the most interesting is Trans Port-2020 LLP, owned by Albert Kaliev and Gulim Abilkasova. The latter was previously a business partner of Nazarbayeva in Rus Trans Oil.
Scope of the company’s activities:
- Freight forwarding services;
- Other electrical installation works;
- Wholesale trade in a wide range of goods;
- Wholesale of automobiles and light motor vehicles;
- Wholesale trade in ferrous and non-ferrous metal ores;
- Other construction and installation works;
- Wholesale of other machinery and equipment;
- Other retail trade in non-specialized stores.
Despite such an extensive scope of activity, the company last paid taxes in 2020. In total, Rus Trans Oil replenished the state treasury by 72.2 thousand tenge.

Initially, the organization provided individual services and belonged to a certain Rustam Nuriev. In November 2020, he changed the field of activity of Rus Trans Oil. And already in December, Nuriyev sold his company to Gulim Abilkasova (owes 110 million tenge to financial institutions) and Akbota Nazarbayeva. It should be noted that the businessman was associated with Abilkasova through the Qaz Metals Company. She created the enterprise and was the owner for more than a year.
Qaz Metals Company has received a license for iron exploration at the Tomashevskoye site in the Shet district of the Karaganda region. Now the director in the organization is Nuriev, and the owners are Timur Abdraimov and Dala Bailanys LLP (Kurmanali Kunapiya).

Consumer goods from Nazarbayeva
Akbota Nazarbayeva is also the founder and director of BN-E Capital Group LLP. Through her, the daughter of the most famous plumber is engaged in the wholesale of a wide range of goods. She received the organization in April 2021. BN-E Capital Group has not yet replenished the state treasury, judging by the SRC.

On February 20, 2024, the judge found the son of Bolat Nazarbayev guilty and decided to recover a fine of 103,500 tenge to the state.
In addition to money, the court decided to forcibly demolish the illegally erected building. Later, Khanbolat Nazarbayev tried to appeal the decision to demolish it, but the court of appeal rejected him.
