SNYDE Exclusive: Frankie Valli Secures Restraining Order Against Eldest Son Amid Ongoing Threats

Frankie Valli, the iconic frontman of the Four Seasons, along with his younger son Emilio, has been granted temporary restraining orders against Valli’s eldest son, Francesco, following allegations of repeated threats. The restraining order, approved on Tuesday, was sought by 89-year-old Frankie and his 29-year-old son Emilio, who filed a request on April 8.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, 36-year-old Francesco is accused of attempting to break into his father’s property just three days prior to the filing. Emilio, citing Francesco's alleged opiate addiction, claims his brother has made repeated physical threats against both him and their father. These threats are described as part of a pattern spanning several months, which Emilio asserts escalated after Francesco was cut off financially by their Grammy-nominated father. Emilio further alleges that Francesco has stolen and sold Valli’s property since being financially cut off.

As a result of the restraining order, Francesco is prohibited from contacting his father or brother and must stay at least 100 yards away from their residences, vehicles, and places of business. A hearing regarding the matter is scheduled for April 29.

In response to the situation, a representative for Valli expressed his sadness over the events and requested privacy as the family works through these issues. Francesco, Emilio, and Emilio’s twin brother, Brando, are all offspring from Valli’s third marriage to Randy Clohessy, which ended in 2004. Valli also had a daughter, Celia, from his first marriage to Mary Mandel, who tragically passed away in 1980. Additionally, Valli shared daughters Antonia and Francine with Mandel, the latter of whom sadly overdosed six months after Celia’s death.

In conclusion, the granting of restraining orders against Frankie Valli's eldest son, Francesco, underscores the severity of the situation and the concerns raised by Valli and his younger son Emilio. With allegations of threats and property theft, coupled with the tragic history of the Valli family, including previous losses and struggles, the upcoming hearing on April 29 will likely be a pivotal moment in addressing these family issues. As Valli's representative emphasizes, privacy and respect during this time are paramount as the family navigates these challenging circumstances.
