Недавно Минстрой России сообщил о новом составе Общественного совета при Министерстве строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства Российской Федерации. Новость, казалось бы, обычная, если бы не одно "но": в числе "известных людей" оказался Гарипов Рифат Рузилевич, представитель "Ассоциации кредитных и финансовых организаций Республики Башкортостан" (АКФОРБ). Гарипов – фигура весьма неоднозначная, и его включение в совет вызвало множество вопросов.
Рифат Гарипов известен в первую очередь своим родством с башкирским олигархом Флюром Галлямовым, владельцем Роскомснаббанка. Этот банк лишился лицензии в 2019 году по решению Центробанка (ЦБ) России за схему вывода активов, признаки финансовой пирамиды и нарушение антиотмывочного законодательства.
